A journey that begins where all musical adventures begin: a melody, a rhythm.
The introduction of the show is based on the discovery of the instruments of the jazz trio. This introduction continues with the appearance of Emma Kate Nelson who will take us on a journey of rare scenic and vocal intensity around the musical. Choreography, tap dancing and other visual effects will accompany the dynamism of this musical show.
The program proposes, in the company of the greatest composers in the field (Cole Porter, Irving Berlin, Harold Arlen, Duke Ellington, Jerry Herman, George Gershwin) to (re)discover the great American repertoire of Broadway and MGM as well as to appreciate some nuggets among the great jazz standards.
Under the musical direction of Charlotte Gauthier, the show is led by the captivating Emma Kate Nelson, she is joined by choreographers and world tap champions, Dorel & Costel Surbeck. Come join this musical journey where Jazz meets Broadway!
